On April 6th 2011 we've celebrated ten years since the dedication of the HIV Clinical Center of Excellence, a public-private partnership between the Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital Constanta and Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Children's Hospital and the Abbott Fund, their implementing organization - Baylor-Black Sea Foundation.

This website is dedicated to communicating and celebrating the results of this partnership, as well as the triumph of life for hundreds of patients with HIV in Constanta.
